About The Event

In this hands-on A La Carte class, students will learn coding and robotics!

Students will work individually and in groups to solve problems using robotics.  They will learn critical thinking and problem solving alongside fundamental coding and robotics skills.  Because we teach using our STEAM+ method, students will also learn presentation skills, communication and teamwork.

Most of our projects are developed by incorporating a different subject into the problem statement.  For instance, students will code a robot to replicate Magellan's journey around the world.  In another lesson, they will code a robot to reproduce shapes from geometry.

All materials (tablets and robots) will be supplied by CodeForce.  There is an annual materials fee associated for challenge materials and costumes for the robots.

Day/Time:  Mondays 10:00-11:00
