Spring Break Beginners Builders Camp (Ages 8 - 14)

Students will build and code projects using the Raspberry Pi. This camp will teach the basics of circuit boards, how coding interacts with the board to make things happen. This is an intro into our Full Stack approach to learning. **Every student will build and keep their own mini computer**

About The Event
Students will work with minicomputers that they assemble to accomplish fun but challenging tasks. Using the Raspberry Pi circuit board, students will learn the various parts of a computer and how they work together to "compute". We will cover introductory programming concepts and then dive headfirst into building.
Projects Include:
- Pirate Radio - Build a tool to hack your pirate signal.
- Build a Retro Gaming Center
- Build a MineCraft Pi Edition Server
After successfully completing the camp, students will receive a free CODEFORCE t-shirt and will have earned their beginner builder camp badge.
