CodeForce Spring Break Camp 2024

All challenges and exercises are brand new. 

NOTE: These are half day camps - Beginning at 9AM and ending at 1PM

Monday

It's Minecraft Monday! Creative engineering challenges inside a shared world and in the afternoon we will solve challenges using code. Kids will learn to code using Microsoft's MakeCode.

Tuesday

Arcade Game Development. Kids will create their own, multi-player arcade games!

Wednesday

The Science of Harry Potter. 

• Chemstry in our Potions Class
• Play CodeForce Quidditch (Coding and Game)
• Create their own STEM powered wands

Thursday

Makers Day. 

• Learn how computers work using our Raspberry Pis
• Kids will work together to make a selfie station!
• Engineering
• Team work
• Coding
• Minecraft Pi

Friday

Wrap up!

In our final day, we will explore the world of VR using the Oculus in the morning and wrap up building arcade games in the afternoon.

CodeForce will provide all equipment. In each camp we do touch on topics such as staying safe on the internet and antibullying.  Lunch is not provided so please send your child with snacks and water.
