Coding for Teens

In this hands-on class, the students will learn coding using modern languages such as Python, Java, and Javascript. They will learn core Computer Science concepts as they code games, websites, and more. This class will have them coding on computers and tablets. They will even get an introduction to mobile game development and robotics. 

Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Critical Thinking

Students will work both individually and in teams. We try and mimic how real-world engineers work by allowing them to have both individual and team goals. This helps foster teamwork and communication skills. We also encourage them to try and solve a problem first, then go to their team, and then finally to their instructor when the hit a roadblock. Regardless of your child’s future career they’ll need these skills.
