About The Event
In this free course, we are offering an online chess experience. We will offer weekly online videos, puzzles, and games that will help spread our love for this wonderful game.Â
This course will run from the 25th of March through June 1st.Â
We will learn:
1. How each piece moves.Â
2. Checkmate, mate, and stalemates!
3. Tactics
4. And much more!
And each kid will have the opportunity to play against each other, the computer, Â and against me at least every 2 weeks (depending on enrollment).Â
Our goal is to teach the basic game by videos, materials, and online matches against the computer, other students, and the Chief Code Monkey.Â
This course is 100% online and registration is required.Â
